2. Services Provided

Auto Fix DXB provides mobile, onsite automotive services, including but not limited to:

• Tyre repair (plug and patch), tyre replacement
• Battery replacement, jump-start service, and general electrical work
• Car AC repair, including gas refill, filter change, compressor repair, and pipeline cleaning
• Mechanical work, including full and minor mechanic service, oil change, brake pad replacement, and disc polishing
• Vehicle pick-up and drop-off, where offered

Service availability, technician dispatch times, and exact pricing may vary based on your location, vehicle type, time of booking, and technician availability. Quoted response times (e.g. “under 30 minutes”) are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by traffic, weather, or demand.

3. Booking & Appointments

3.1 Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or through the Website. You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, issue, and location at the time of booking.

3.2 We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe locations, incomplete information, or unavailability of technicians or parts.

3.3 Promotional offers (such as limited daily slots or countdown timers shown on the Website) are subject to availability and may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices for services are communicated at the time of booking or upon technician inspection, and may vary depending on the vehicle, parts required, and the nature of the issue.

4.2 A final price will be confirmed with you before work begins wherever possible. Any additional work or parts discovered necessary during the service will be communicated and agreed with you before proceeding.

4.3 Payment is accepted via cash or secure online/card payment, payable upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 No deposit is required to book a standard appointment. For certain services (such as parts that must be specially sourced), we may request a partial deposit, which will be clearly communicated and agreed with you before booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp as early as possible before the scheduled appointment.

5.2 We kindly ask for at least 1 hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling wherever possible, so we can reallocate the technician to another customer. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in a callout fee being charged for future bookings, or a request for prepayment before we dispatch a technician.

5.3 We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel or reschedule a booking on our end.

6. Warranty

6.1 We stand behind the quality of our parts and workmanship. Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service against faults arising from the work performed. Parts fitted by Auto Fix DXB (including batteries, tyres, and mechanical components) are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months depending on the part — the specific warranty period for your part will be confirmed by our technician at the time of service.

6.2 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or work/parts not supplied by Auto Fix DXB.

6.3 To make a warranty claim, contact us with your booking details and a description of the issue, and we will assess the claim promptly.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for the technician to carry out the work, and for ensuring you (or an authorized representative) are present or reachable during the appointment.

7.2 You are responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing damage, faults, or issues with your vehicle at the time of booking or before work begins.

7.3 You agree to pay for services rendered upon completion, as agreed at booking or on-site.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 While we take all reasonable care in performing our services, Auto Fix DXB shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or faults not caused by our technicians
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, third-party suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of your vehicle, loss of income, or missed appointments, arising from a delay or service issue

8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.

8.3 Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

9. Use of the Website

9.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.

9.2 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Auto Fix DXB or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
